The White Radish Bhurji (Mullangi Bhurji)
- Chopped White Radish (Mullangi) - 1/4 Kg
- Red Chilli Powder: 1/2 Tb Spn
- Onions Chopped : 1 No Big
- Coriander Powder: 2 T Spns
- Zeera: 1/2 T Spn
- Mustard Seeds: 1/2 T Spns
- Turmeric Power: 1 Pinch
- Oil: 1/2 Tb Spn
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 T Spn
- Coriander Leaves: Few
Turn on the stove and Place the Kadai on the burner Pour the 1/2 Tb spn Oil into the kadai
add Mustard seeds and crackle add zeera and heat for 1 Min on Low Flame add Chopped Onions and fry for 2 to 3 Mints add Ginger garlic Paste and mix Well add Chopped Radish Pieces and fry for 2 to 3 Minutes add Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder & Turmeric Powder and Mix Well
after a few Minutes Our Radish Bhurji Ready to Serve Garnish with Coriander Leaves That's it our Quick Radish Bhurji Ready to Eat
