Wheat Flour Chakli


  • Atta (Wheat flour)-1 cup
  • Rice flour-1/4 cup
  • Red chilli powder-1 Tb spoon
  • Salt-Tasty
  • Ajwain-1 T spoon
  • Oil-For deep fry
  • Chakli Maker


Step 1

Take a bowl add Wheat flour & Rice flour mix well with a hand make a flour, now place the flour in a cotton cloth and make tight Knots.

Step 2

Now Place Idly cooker on Stove add some water and cook for 5 mints with Idly Stand and wait until the steam comes out. Place Cotton Flour cloth and close the Lid and cook for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Open the lid and take out the Knots and mix with the flour, make sure the flour was cooked well. Add salt, Red chilli powder, Ajwain and mix well now add water little by little and make soft Dough.

Step 4

Take 3 holes plate in Chakli Maker and Grease oil to the surface of the Chakli Maker and fill the dough and keep a side.

Step 5

Heat Oil for deep fry and press like Chakli and cook on Medium until gold colour and Take out.

Step 6

Keep in Paper napkin plate & Serve as Snack. Try This Healthy Snack this Chakli Good for 1 Month.
