Vegetable Pasta Masala


  • Chopped Cabbage - 1/2 Cup Pasta - 2 Cups Chopped Carrots - 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes - 1 Cup Cauliflower dumplings - 1/2 Cup (6 nos Med Size) Chopped Onions- 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Chillies - 2 Nos (Optional) Salt to taste Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp Salt to taste Ginger- Garlic Paste - 2 tsp Garam Masala powder -1 tsp Oil - 2 Tb Spoons


Step 1

Turn on the stove place the deep kadai, add water with 2 T Spoons of Salt after boiling add Pasta and wait until rolling boil add all vegetables already chopped like Cabbage, Chopped Carrots, Cauliflower florets (also you can add any vegetables) then after boiling of 5 to 10 minutes strain the vegetables with pasta and keep aside.

Step 2

Again turn on the stove place the kadai, add oil and heat then add chopped onions fry until raw smell disappears. Then add ginger garlic paste and mix well for 3 minutes, Add Capsicum pieces, Chopped tomatoes and mix well for another 3 minutes. After 3 minutes add already boiled vegetables & pasta. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder then mix well and fry for 5 minutes.

Step 3

that is it your tasty & spicy vegetable pasta masala ready to serve hot
