Spicy Banana Bajji
- Raw Curry banana-2 Besan-1 cup Redchilly powder-1 spoon Salt-tasty Cooking Soda-pinch Oil-For deep fry Onion chopped-1 cup Cumin-1 spoon
Take a Mixing Bowl and add Besan salt, Red chilly powder,cooking soda and some water and make thick Paste like idly batter. Peel Banana And Cut in to Rounds and Squares and keep a side.
Dip Banana Pieces in to batter and Coat well with Besan Batter. Heat Oil on High flame and Bring it to Bubbles. Drop Well coated Banana Slices and fry Both sides till Gold Color. Take in to paper napkin plate It will absorb Excess oil.
If you want spicy cut Middle of Bajjis and place Onion Pieces and some Masala And 2 drops lemon and serve hot in Rainy Season. Serve Plain Banana Bajji's with Chutny.
