Simple Egg Roll (Snack)
this Egg rolls is a snack item and this is very famous and simple snack item mains we can see the streets of Kolkata ,These Rolls can be made with roti (atta Roti) and Maida Roti and egg stuffing,try this one,
- Roti (Maida or Atta) – 2 Nos
- Red Chilli Powder – ½ T Spoon
- Black Pepper Powder – Pinch
- Egg – 2 Nos
- Onions (Chopped) – ¼ Cup
- Oil – 1 T Spoon
Turn on the stove add the non-stick pan add oil and heat Now place the Roti and fry for 1 Minute (Both Sides) and keep a side
In the same pan add oil, onions, red chilli powder & pepper powder fry for few seconds less than minute
Then break the egg yolk in to the mixture and sprinkle red chilli powder one more time and then place immediately Roti on this and press all over lightly so that the egg yolk will stick to the Roti and then reverse the Roti and heat. Take out in to a plate and then roll the roti and also roll with the Paper Napkin to remove the extra oil from the Roti
That’s it your favorite Kolkata Egg Roll is ready to eat.
