Simple Chicken Fry

this method is the easiest and simplest method and there is no compromise on the taste


  • Chicken – ¼ Kg
  • Coriander Powder – 1 Tb Spoon
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 T Spoon
  • Turmeric Powder – ½ T Spoon
  • Salt – Tasty
  • Oil – 2 Tb Spoons
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1 T Spoon
  • Curry Leaves – 2 Bunches
  • Curd – 2 Tb Spoons
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tb Spoon


Step 1

Take a Bowl add Chicken, Ginger Garlic Paste, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Curd and Salt – Mix well after adding these ingredients close the lid and marinate for minimum 30 Minutes.

Step 2

Turn on the gas and place the Non Stick Pan, add oil and heat after checking the heat Add the chicken pieces to the oil and fry for 20 minutes and the flame shall be in low

Step 3

Don’t fry in the High Flame as it will not give a good taste to the chicken pieces due to rapid fry.
