Simple Masala Chicken Fry


  • Chicken 1/4 Kg
  • Coriander leaves – 2 Bunches
  • Green Chilies – 3 Nos
  • Onions – 1 No
  • Red Chilly Powder – 2 Tb Spoons
  • Oil – for Deep Fry
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 T Spns
  • Coriander Powder – 2 T Spns
  • Poppy Seeds – 1/2 T Spns
  • Raw Coconut Pieces – 1 Slice
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 TSpn
  • Lemon Juice – 1 Slice
  • Black Pepper – 1 T Sp


Step 1

------------------------ Marinating the Chicken ------------------ Take Bowl add Turmeric Powder Add Ginger Garlic Paste Add Salt Add Coriander Powder Mix Well and Marinate for 1/2 Hour to 1 Hour

Step 2

---------Coconut Masala Chicken Fry Preparation ----------- Take a Non Stick Pan and Add Oil for Deep Fry and Fry the Marinated Chicken Pieces for 5 Minutes on High Flame take out the Fried Chicken Pieces from Pan  Remove the oil from the Pan

Step 3

Take the PAN and Add Oil and Add the Onions and Fry for 3 Minutes until turns to Gold Color Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Green Chillies, Coriander Leaves and Mix well

Step 4

Add Chicken and Fry for another 5 Minutes
