Simple Masala Chicken Fry
- Chicken 1/4 Kg
- Coriander leaves – 2 Bunches
- Green Chilies – 3 Nos
- Onions – 1 No
- Red Chilly Powder – 2 Tb Spoons
- Oil – for Deep Fry
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 T Spns
- Coriander Powder – 2 T Spns
- Poppy Seeds – 1/2 T Spns
- Raw Coconut Pieces – 1 Slice
- Turmeric Powder – 1 TSpn
- Lemon Juice – 1 Slice
- Black Pepper – 1 T Sp
------------------------ Marinating the Chicken ------------------ Take Bowl add Turmeric Powder Add Ginger Garlic Paste Add Salt Add Coriander Powder Mix Well and Marinate for 1/2 Hour to 1 Hour
---------Coconut Masala Chicken Fry Preparation ----------- Take a Non Stick Pan and Add Oil for Deep Fry and Fry the Marinated Chicken Pieces for 5 Minutes on High Flame take out the Fried Chicken Pieces from Pan Remove the oil from the Pan
Take the PAN and Add Oil and Add the Onions and Fry for 3 Minutes until turns to Gold Color Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Green Chillies, Coriander Leaves and Mix well
Add Chicken and Fry for another 5 Minutes
