Sooji Halwa: Sooji Doodh Halva Sheera recipe


  • Sooji or ravva - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Almonds and cashew nuts - few
  • Green cardamom - 2
  • Boiled m ilk - 3 cups
  • Ghee - 100 grams


Step 1

Boil milk for 5 minutes and keep aside

Step 2

Heat kadai, Melt ghee Fry almonds and cashew nuts take out and Keep a side, in the same pan Add sooji and fry for 5 minutes, take crushed or use Powder green cardamom and then add, Crush cashew nuts and almonds, Add boiled milk Cook on low flame for 10 minutes

Step 3

Keep on stirring after 10 minutes Add crushed almonds and cashew nuts Add green cardamoms Cook until milk evaporates and start thickens, now Add sugar Cook on low flame until sugar melts

Step 4

Cook until thick and switch off and serve hot hot sheera recipe

Step 5

for better taste Add 1 table spoon ghee on top then mix and serve
