Quick & Easy Simple chicken Biryani
- Basmati Rice – 2 Cup (Clean and Soak for 1 Hr and drain)
- Chicken – 500 Grams
- Cloves – 5 Nos
- Green Cardamoms – 2 Nos
- Cinnamon Sticks – 1“Size
- Cumin – 1 T Spoon
- Coriander Leaves – 3 Bunches
- Onions – 2 Nos
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 T Spoon
- Green Chillies – 3 Slices
- Lemon Juice - 1 Tb Spoon
- Mint Leaves – 3 Bunches
- Oil – 2 Tb Spoon
- Biryani Masala – 1 Tb Spoon
- Red chilli Powder – 3 T Spoon
- Turmeric Powder – 1 T Spoon
- Curd – 1 ½ Cup
Marinating the chicken Take a Bowl add chicken, Biryani masala, Curd, Red chilli Powder, Turmeric, Lemon Juice, Green chillies, Chopped Tomatoes, Chopped Onions, coriander leaves, mint leaves mix well then keep in a refrigerator and marinate for minimum 1 hour. (More you marinate more softness in chicken bite) After One Hour marination of Chicken
Take a hard bottomed pan, add oil then heat after heating the oil add cumin, cinnamon, cloves saute for 2 minutes then add marinated chicken then fry for 10 to 15 minutes then add curd.
When you sure that the chicken was almost done add the soaked and drained basmati rice to the chicken then mix well after proper mixing add water (measurement of water shall be double to the measurement i.e if we added 2 cups of basmati rice the water shall be 4 cups if we using cooker the water shall be 3 ½ cups for 2 cups of rice) on the top of the rice sprinkle garam masala powder, mint leaves, coriander leaves
Then let it cook for 10 t0 15 minutes you may check the softness and thick ness of the rice then turn off the stove and serve the tasty dhum biryani with Rita.
