Potato Cake with Spicy Eggs
- Potatoes - 3 nos
- Eggs - 2 nos
- Green Chillies - 2 nos
- Onion - 1 Nos (big Size)
- Red Chillies - 3 nos
- Cilantro - 5 bunches
- Olive oil - 2 tb Spoons
- Pepper powder - Pinch
- Ginger garlic Paste - 1 T Spoon
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 T Spoon
- Turmeric Powder - Pinch
- Salt - Tasty
Take the Potatoes and peel the surfaces and grate like small pieces and keep aside. also chop the onions green chillies and keep aside.
Turn the gas and place the kadai and heat after proper heat add the olive oil and heat. add the onions and green chillies and fry for 5 minutes on medium flame. in between add little so that you can save the gas.
add the ginger garlic paste and fry for few seconds then add the grated potatoes and fry for without water and fry for 7 minutes. add red chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder and mix well fry in low flame.
Now spread the mixture like chapathi spread and make some homes in the spread now break the egg in to these holes and add the red chilli flakes
add cilantro and pepper powder and close the lid and cook for few minutes and then your favorite potato cake is ready to serve .
