Potato Brinjal Tomato curry in cooker
this the method which my big mother used to make at home when we were very hurry and hungry and this is the simplest method ever to make when you don’t have much time but to eat a tasty food.
this can be easily try at home.
- Potato -1/4 kg
- Brinjal -1/4 kg
- Tomato -3 Nos
- Onion -1 No (Medium Size)
- Green chilli -2 Nos
- Red chilli powder-2 T spoons
- Salt -Tasty
- Turmeric -Pinch
- Oil -2 Tb spoons
- Curd -1 Tb spoon
Cut Brinjal’s in to long pieces and soak in salt water. Peal potato and cut in to medium size pieces. Chop onion and chilli and cut tomato in to big pieces.
Take a cooker and add oil and add onion chilli pieces and add Brinjal and add potato cubes and then add tomato pieces. Add red chilli powder and salt and turmeric and curd and add little water and close the lid and cook on stove. Keep the flame high until first whistle and keep low flame after 1 whistle and when second whistle comes switch off the stove.
Allow the steam to come's out and then open the lid and again cook on low flame until gravy thickens Add cilantro and cook for 1 mint.
Serve hot with rice, roti etc. This curry was very tasty and healthy and very quick recipe for making. Most of vegetables can be cooked by this process quickly.
