Poori Besan Curry
- Turmeric powder-1 T spoon
- Red chilli powder-1 T spoon
- Seasoning-1 Tb spoon
- Oil-2 Tb spoons
- Curry leaves-2 Bunches
- Besan-2 Tb spoons
Cook Potato's for 2 whistles and peel and mash, keep a side. Cut Onions in to long slices and cut Green chilli in to small pieces.
Heat Oil and Crackle seasoning Add curry leaves and Add onion, Green chilli and fry for 5 minutes on medium flame. When Onion was saute add mashed Potato and add salt and mix well. Add Turmeric and Red chilli powder and fry for 2 minutes.
Take a Bowl and add Besan and add 1/2 cup water and mix well without lumps. Add Besan water in curry and immediately add 2 cups water and mix well cook on low flame until gravy thickens.
Tasty Poori Besan curry Ready. Serve as Poori And chapathy curry.
