Phirni Sweet Recipe


  • 1/4 kilogram normal rice soaked in water for 30 Minutes
  • Sugar - 250 grams
  • Almonds - few
  • milk maid- 100 ml (condensed milk )
  • Boiled and cooled milk - 1 liter


Step 1

Rice are well soaked, then Grind well until gets smooth paste in between Add little water and grind well

Step 2

Heat kadai, Boil milk until thick boil for 10 minutes, Keep stirring after 10 minutes add Add grinded rice paste then Keep on stirring on low flame Cook for 10 to 15 minutes

Step 3

after 10 to 15 minutes in low flame Add milk maid - 100 ml, sugar Mix well and cook on low flame Cook until becomes thick, now crush the almonds and add turn off the stove and let it cool for 10 to 15 minutes

Step 4

Keep in fridge for 1 hour and serve Yummy Phirni to children
