Perfect Dosa batter Preparation
This is a famous breakfast recipe in south India and this is very common food breakfast in south India most of the south Indians without this breakfast they will not imagine any breakfast.
Most of the people don’t know how to prepare a perfect dosa batter preparation and some of the easiest tips are being added here to show our friends and followers
Please see the procedure below
- Urad dal-1 cup
- ruce-2 cups
- Raw Chena dal-1/2 cup
- fenugreek seed’s-1 Tb spoon
Take a bowl add urad dal, Rice, Chena dal, fenugreek seeds and wash for 2 times and Soak for 6 hours by adding triple amount of water. Grind well by adding little water, make some thick batter and take in a bowl and close the lid.
Ferment for overnight and next day the lid will move a side and batter will be ferment nicely for better you can watch my video. The batter will show the foam like appearance and showing some bubbles at middle you can observe thick clearly if you ferment this batter in a glass jar.
The Dosa batter ready to pour add salt and little water and mix well. Heat tawa and add pinch of sugar on batter before pouring dosa. It will give brown colour to dosa.
Make any type of dosa's from this batter. Make batter for 4 days and keep in fridge, by long fermentation dosa's will be tastier.
