Dosa is a Famous Indian Breakfast Item, Many types of Dosa’s available in India,Most famous in Indian Hotels are Paper Dosa,But it was some difficulty in making Paper Dosa .Dosa is a Well Fermented breakfast recipe in Andhra Pradesh and in Tamilnadu
this is a favorite breakfast recipe in andhra people and for tamil people and it was made from urad dal by mising with a rice flour
- • Urad dal-3/4 cup
- • Raw rice-1/2 Cup
- • Rice flour-1/2 cup
- • Salt-tasty • Ghee-for fry • Sugar-1 T spoon • Broad Spoon • Dosa Non-stick Tawa
- • Ghee-for fry

- • Broad Spoon
- • Dosa Non-stick Tawa
Soak Urad dal and Raw rice for 8 hours Grind well in to Smooth Batter after 5 minutes add Rice flour to Batter and add little water and grind in to Smooth Paste and keep a side
Close the lid and Ferment over Night Next day Batter will Fermented.
Add salt tasty and add 1/2 cup water and Mix like Dosa consistency Add Sugar on Batter before 5 minutes to cooking Dosa, to get nice Brown colour.
Heat tawa and Sprinkle water and Wipe off With Cloth. Pour Dosa and spread as thin as Possible. After 1 minute Peel off Outer layer with Broad Spoon and Fry with Ghee on High Flame until Brown Colour. Take out carefully because The Dosa was Very Thin and Delicate.
