Paneer Pulav Recipe

is famous recipe which we made with fresh paneer and it is very famous in north indian and it is pure veg recipe which very liking recipe for the most of the indian peoples vegetarians

Ingredients

  • Basmati Rice – 1 Cup (Clean and Soak for 30 Minutes)
  • Paneer Cubes – 1 Cup
  • Cloves – 3 Nos
  • Green Cardamoms – 2 Nos
  • Cinnamon Sticks – 1“Size
  • Coriander Leaves – 3 Bunches
  • Onions – 2 Nos
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 t Spoon
  • Green Chillies – 3 Slices
  • Lemon Juice - 1 Tb Spoon
  • Mint Leaves – 3 Bunches
  • Oil – 1 Tb Spoon
  • Ghee – 1 Tb Spoon

Method

Step 1

Preparation of Paneer Turn on the stove and keep non-stick Kadai and heat then add ghee after heating of the ghee add paneer cubes roast until cubes turns to golden brown colour on low flame. Take a bowl with water and boil for 2 to 3 minutes, take the boiled water in a bowl and add salt to the boiled water, now add the fried paneer cubes in to boiled then soak for 5 minutes, drain and keep aside.

Step 2

Preparation of Pulav Place cooker on the stove, add oil, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and roast for 20 seconds then add chopped onions, green chilli slices, saute until onions gets transparent. When onions are done add mint leaves, coriander leaves saute for few seconds then add ginger garlic paste and saute until raw smell leaves away from curry.

Step 3

Now add basmati rice (Soaked) to cooker, add water double to the measurement of Rice for without cooker, 1 ½ cup water if we used to do in cooker, add lemon juice, salt. Now cook for 1 whistle turn off the stove immediately and let it release pressure itself. Then open the lid and add already fried paneer cubes to pulao and serve hot.
