Pan cake without oven

Ingredients

  • Maida – 1 Cup
  • Sugar – ¾ Cup
  • Eggs – 2 or 3 Nos
  • Vanilla Essence – 1 T Spoon
  • Refined Oil – ½ Cup
  • Baking Powder – 2 T Spoons

Method

Step 1

Take a mixer jar add sugar and make a fine powder.

Step 2

Take another mixer jar add Sugar powder, Maida, break the egg in to the mixture, baking powder, vanilla essence and Refined oil then mix like a fine paste (is also called cake batter) mix well like a batter consistency.

Step 3

Place the Iron Pan on stove spread the river sand on the surface of the plate (1 Cm Thick) then pre heat the sand for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Take a deep bottomed bowl, grease the oil on the surface, add the cake batter to the bowl (Please note that when the batter looks like folds on this consistency is good to get a fine cake. Place the bowl on the pre heated sand close the lid and heat for 1 hour (on low flame only). After one hour the easy and special cake is ready to serve.
