- Raw Rice-1 cup
- Raw Coconut-(Grated)-1/2 cup
- Ghee-for frying
Soak Raw Rice for 4 Hours, and Grind raw Coconut and add soaked Rice in Mixer jar and Grind well in to smooth paste.
When we touch with hand we didn't find any Rice Granules.
Take The Dough in a Bowl and add salt and water and add more water, make loose Consistency like Buttermilk.
Heat Tawa and grease Ghee over it and Pour Dosa batter from Height, and pour like Dosa, Add little batter to make Fillings and make Round shape.
Cook on low flame and add ghee over it and cook only one side and Dosa should be white colour. Take out and make four folds and serve hot with Chutney. The Neer Dosa should be Smooth. Try this recipe.
