Mysoor Bajji in Andhra Style
- Urad dal-1 cup.
- maida-2 cups
- salt Tasty
- Onion pieces-2 sps.
- Oil for deep fry.
- cooking Soda.
Soak urad dal for 6 hours and grind well and make smooth paste . Add onion pieces and maida to urad dal mixture and mix well. Ferment the dough for over night .
Heat oil in a pan for deep fry Add salt and soda to the dough.
Take small ball of dough with wet hand and dropped in the oil. Fry the bajjies until they come to golden brown colour.
Serve with tomato chutney. Try this recipe as breakfast.
