- Mushroom-1 cup
- Besan-1 cup
- ginger garlic paste-1 t spoon
- red chilli powder-1 t spoon
- curry leaves-2 bunches
- cilantro-2 bunches
- oil-for deep fry.
Cut onion, green chilli, curry leaves and cut mushroom in to medium size pieces and keep a side. Take a bowl and add besan add onion, green chilli, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste and salt and add mushroom pieces and mix well. Mix well with little water and make tight dough and keep a side .
Heat oil for deep fry and when the oil was well heated drop mushroom like Pakoda. Fry on medium flame until gold colour it will take some time.
Take out in a pepper napkin plate and serve hot with tea. Try this seasonal recipe.
