Moong Dal Butter Sev
- Moongdal-2 cups
- some Water
- Butter-1 Cup
- Red chilli powder-2 spoons
- Salt tasty
- Oil-Deep fry
- Sev Making tool
Take Moong dal and soak for 2 hours. Grind well the Moong dal and make fine paste. Add butter and mix well with spoon.
Add salt and Red chili powder and add some water and make Smooth Batter. Take a pan Add Oil for deep fry and Fill Moong dal batter in Sev making Machine.
Take long spoon and Backside of the spoon place Moong dal rounds and place in heat oil. Cook for 5 mints until they cooked.
Garnish with fried Curry leaves and eat & Serve it.
