Mint Sev is Special & Healthy Evening snack Item, made from Mint leaves with Besan flour also it was Very Tasty and Mint flavored.
It can be made Very Easy, can be stores up to 1 month Today i am going to explain How to Make Mint Sev.
- Mint-1 Bundle
- Besan-100 Grams
- Rice flour-1 Tb spoon
- Green chilli-3
- Oil-For Deep fry
- Green Food colour-pinch
Pluck Mint leaves from stems and keep a side and Add in a mixer jar with Green chilli and add little Water and Grind well. Take a bowl Add Besan, Rice flour, salt and food colour mix well, Keep Filter on a Bowl and make filter the Mint Juice and mix well in to smooth dough.
Heat oil for Deep Fry. Take Sev Press and take small hole plate and grease oil in that add Batter and press round in hot Oil.
Cook on high flame, turn and fry until crispy. Take out in paper napkin plate.
Good for 1 month in Air tight Box. Serve as Evening snack Mint Sev is a Healthy and tasty Snack.
