Minapa Jantikalu (మినప జంతికలు)
- Urad Dal Paste – 1 Cup
- Rice Flour – 3 Cups
- Oil – For Deep Fry
- Salt – Tasty
- Ajwain – 1 T Spoon
- Butter – 1 T Spoon
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 T Spoon
- Murukulu/Chakralu/Jantikalu Maker – 1 No
Grind Urad Dal in to Thick Paste, add triple amount of rice flour to the paste, add Salt, Ajwain, Red Chilli Powder, Butter and mix well if needed add little water and make like a dough keep aside and rest for minimum 10 minutes.
Place the kadai on the stove and heat oil, grease the oil on the murukulu maker , fill the dough in murukulu maker and drop the murukulu shapes in oil and fry till the colour becomes brown. Repeat the same procedure for the rest of the dough also.
