Maida Biscuits (Andhra Style)


  • Maida -2 cups
  • Salt-tasty
  • Curry Leaves-2 Bunches
  • Red chilli Powder-1 spoon
  • Cooking  Soda-1/2  Spoon
  • Oil- For deep fry


Step 1

Take a mixing bowl Add Maida and cooking Soda Salt,Redchilly ,Curry leaves and Mix well

Step 2

Add little water to the  flour and Make smooth Batter like Chapathi Dough,Kept a side for 1/2 hour, Take  Deep Bottom Pan add oil  and heat  till Bubbles come,let it Keep

Step 3

Take maida Balls and Flat like Chapaties and Made two Chapaties

Step 4

Keep One Chapati On the Other Dust Some Maida Flour and Place Chapaty and again Flattened with Stick, Make Big Chapati and Cut in to Diamond shape with  Knife

Step 5

Drop in to Oil And fry Till they become Brown color, Take them in to Paper Napkin Plate

Step 6

Serve Hot To children, The Biscuits are Tasty by Layer and Layer
