Lauki ka bhartha ( bottle gourd Fry)
- Gratted bottle gourd - 1/4 kilo gram
- Onion - 1
- Green chilli - 1
- Cumin - 1 t spoon
- Salt as per taste
- Red chilli powder- 1 t spoon
- Turmeric powder -1/2 t spoon
- Cilantro - 2 bunches
- Ghee - 2 table spoons
Turn on the stove and keep kadai and heat, Add Ghee and melt, Wet all the surface with Ghee, Add cumin seeds (Jeera) then Fry for few seconds. now add Add chopped onions Fry for 3 minutes, Add green chilli Fry for 1 minute, Add red chilli powder Add turmeric powder, Add salt Mix well Once and fry for 2 to three minutes.
now its time to add Add grated bottle gourd Mix well and fry for 10 minutes on low flame by Closing the lid, after 10 minutes of cooking Add cilantro and saute for 2 more minutes. turn off the stove
Serve in children lunch box, Panjabi doodi ka bhartha Ready to taste
