kalakand Recipe

Ingredients

  • Milk - 2 Ltrs
  • Sugar - 200 Grams
  • Ghee - 1/4 Kg
  • Green Cardamom Powder - 1/2 T Spoon
  • Kaju - for garnish
  • Badam - for garnish

Method

Step 1

Turn on the stove and place the kadai and pour milk, boil and keep on stirring add sugar then milk well.

Step 2

Add ghee, Kaju, Green Cardamom powder then boil well and keep on stirring until it gets thicken Take a plate and grease oil or ghee on the surface of the plate and then add the milk paste and let it harden

Step 3

Add the badam pieces while hardening of the milk paste. also cut the shapes as per your wish. That is it your tasty kalakand is ready to eat.
