Jeera Aloo Fry


  • Boiled Potato -1/4 Kg
  • Cumin Seeds – 1 Tb Spoon
  • Green Chillies – 5 Nos
  • Turmeric Powder – !/2 T Spoon
  • Curry Leaves – 1 bunch
  • Ginger – 1 “ Piece
  • Lemon – ½ Piece
  • Salt – Tasty
  • Cumin – Powder – ½ T Spoon
  • Oil – 1 Tb Spoon 


Step 1

Turn On the Gas Stove and Place the Non Stick Kadai, add cumin seeds and dry fry for 2 Minutes on Low Flame After that add Oil and heat for 1 Min Add Green chillies, Ginger pieces, curry leaves fry for 2 Min on low flame

Step 2

Add boiled Potato cubes fry for 2 Minutes and add turmeric powder and salt and fry for 7 to 10 minutes on low flame Add cumin powder fry fpr 2 minutes Switch off the stove and cool the fry for 10 minutes

Step 3

Squeeze ½ lemon in to the fry and mix well Serve hot tasty Jeera aloo fry recipe with rice This fry curry is well served with rice.
