Jeedi Pappu Pakam is a easy sweet which was made from jaggery, cashew nut by boiling in a pan and making a sweet paste and after cooling your sweet chikki is ready to eat
- Jaggery 100 Grams
- Cashew Nuts - 100 Grams
- Sugar - 2 Tb Spoons
- Ghee - 2 Tb Spoons
- Green Cardamoms - 2 Nos
Turn on the gas stove and Place the kadai and heat , add Ghee and heat, Add cashew nuts and fry for 2 minutes (fry on low flame only) until colour changes to brown take out and keep aside.
in the same already heated pan add jaggery and add 1/2 measure of water and make thick syrup (this also shall be cooked on low flame only). after thick syrup add sugar to the syrup
Add cashew Nuts to the syrup, add green cardamom powder and wait until it will turn in to thick paste
Take a plate and apply ghee on the surface and pour the liquid cashew nut chikki to the plate and keep in a refrigerator and let it cool for 30 minutes
thats all your tasty and sweet cashew nut chikki is ready to eat
