How to cook Brown Rice

A Note from WIKI about Brown Rice : Brown rice (or “hulled” or “unmilled” rice) is whole grain rice. It has a mild, nutty flavor, and is chewier and more nutritious than white rice, but goes rancid more quickly because the bran and germ—which are removed to make white rice—contain fats that can poil.Any rice, including long-grain, short-grain, or glutinous rice, may be eaten as brown rice.

Ingredients:

  • Brown Rice-1 cup
  • Water-2 & 1/2 Cups
  • Salt-tasty
  • Perfect tight lid Vessel

Method

Step 1

Soak Brown rice for 1 hour with Triple amount of water.

Step 2

Heat deep Vessel with 2 & 1/2 Cups water and bring them to Rolling Boil. Drain Rice and add in boiling Water and close the lid and cook on medium flame for 45 minutes-1 hour. Add salt in that and check in between. When the Water was absorbed, after 30 mints keep the flame low. Absorb the sound in last absorbing water. When the water Completely Absorb switch off the Stove, Rice also well Cooked.

Step 3

Rest for 10 mints and Serve. This Brown Rice help full in Reducing Fat, Weight so we can Polished Rice with Brown Rice At least Eat Once in a Week for Fit.
