Goan Tasty Red Chicken


  • Chicken: 1/4 Kg
  • Salt Tasty
  • Red Chilli Powder: 2 Tb Spoons
  • Turmeric Powder: Pinch
  • Cloves: 4 Nos
  • Coriander Seeds: 1 Tb Spoon
  • Ginger: Small
  • Garlic Cloves: 6 Nos
  • Pepper Powder : 1 Tb Spoon
  • Salt: 1/2 Tb Spoon
  • Sugar: 1/2 Spoon
  • Red Chillies: 6 Nos
  • Cumin: 1 T Spoon
  • Cinnamon Sticks : 3 Small Size
  • Tamarind: ½ of Lemon Size


Step 1

---- Making Ready of Goan Red Masala -------Put a Non Stick Pan in the Gas Stove and heat all the ingredients said above by adding the Ingredients Slowly to the Heated Pan for 2 Minutes and Grind the Heated Ingredients in a Grinder till Powder that's it the Important Goan Masala Ready for further Process

Step 2

Put a Non Stick Kadai and heat for 1 or 2 Min on the Gas Flame

Step 3

Add the 1 Tb Spoon of Oil to it and Heat for another Min

Step 4

Add Chopped Onions and Fry until Gold Colour

Step 5

Add Turmeric Powder 1 Pinch Add Chopped Tomatoes Fry for 2 Mints

Step 6

After Frying 2 Minutes Now You can add our Secret Goan Masala Paste Add Freshly Cleaned Chicken Pieces and Close the Lid

Step 7

Mix Well IN Between By Opening the Lid Cook for 10 Minutes on Low Flame (means on Sym)

Step 8

Now Add Red Chilli Powder and Salt Add 2 Glass (250Ml Each) Water and Close the Lid and Cook

Step 9

For Colour purpose You can Add any Red Colour to the Curry (I Will Recommend to Use Any Natural colours to it THAT'S IT OUR GOAN RED CHICKEN IS READY TO SERVE HOT (GOA STYLE)
