Method

Step 1

Take a Bowl add Besan, Rice flour, salt, Red chilli powder and cooking soda, make Batter by adding 3/4 cup water to the fore said ingredients. Make batter some Thick consistency watch my Video for Better Understanding. Add little by little Water and make dough.

Step 2

Cut Potato slices as thin as possible.

Step 3

Add oil and heat for Deep fry. Dip Slices in batter and Drop in Hot oil, Fry until gold colour and take out in Paper Napkin.

Step 4

Try Potato Bajji Recipe as Evening Snack.

    of course like your web-site however you have to check the spelling on several of your posts.
    A number of them are rife with spelling problems and I to find it very bothersome to
