Take a Bowl add Besan, Rice flour, salt, Red chilli powder and cooking soda, make Batter by adding 3/4 cup water to the fore said ingredients. Make batter some Thick consistency watch my Video for Better Understanding. Add little by little Water and make dough.
Cut Potato slices as thin as possible.
Add oil and heat for Deep fry. Dip Slices in batter and Drop in Hot oil, Fry until gold colour and take out in Paper Napkin.
