Garlic Coconut Pachchadi
- Garlic - 30 Cloves/Pods
- Red chilly powder-1 T spoon
- Salt - tasty
- Oil - 2 T spoons
- Dry Coconut Grated-4 Table spoons
Remove the Coverings of Garlic and keep a side,
Take a Pan and add oil and heat it, Add garlic and coconut grated and fry on low flame till colour changes. Allow to cool and take in to a mixer jar and add red chilli powder and salt and grind them in to powder, Don't add water it is like a powdery pickle
Eat with hot rice and ghee and can be used as Bread spread and side dish with Dosa and Idly
