- Raw chana dal : 100 Grams
- Garlic Pods : 9
- Ginger : 1 Inch Piece
- Cumin: 1 Tea Spoon
- Dry Red Chillies : 10 Nos
- Salt : Tasty
- Lemon – ¼ Piece
Turn on the stove heat kadai and add the raw chana dal and for 6 to 10 minutes on low flame (while frying do not stop stirring). Then remove from kadai and cool down in a normal temperature by keeping the kadai beside.
Take a mixer jar and add Garlic pods, ginger piece, red chillies, cumin and salt to the fried chana dal then grind well and in between add the water to make the powder to paste and grind well. Takeout from jar and squeeze lemon juice and mix well
This paste is good to serve with idli, dosa and enjoy this
