Dry Prawns Brinjal aloo Curry
Dry prawns Combination is a Famous Andhra recipe, It was good in Potato and Egg plant, Try this Recipe
- Dry prawns-Hand full
- Brinjal-1/4 kg
- Potato-1/4 kg
- Curd-2 Tb spoons
- Ginger garlic paste-2 T spoons
- Red chilli powder-2 T spoons
- Salt- Tasty
- Cilantro-2 bunches.
Clean Dry prawns, cut legs and head and wash two times and Drain well and keep a side.
Boil Potato and peel and cut in to Pieces. Heat oil and add Dry prawns and fry for 5 mints and take out and keep a side.
Fry Onions and green chilli and fry ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mints. Add Brinjal and saute for 5 mints on low flame. Add salt and saute.
Add boiled potato cubes and tomato and mix well and add Red chilli powder, salt, turmeric and curd and mix well. Add little water for gravy and cook on medium flame for 5 mints.
Add cilantro and cook well. Serve hot with Rice. Try This Andhra Dry Prawns Brinjal Recipe.
