Dry Fruit Chikki

Ingredients

  • Badam - 100 Grams
  • Pista - 50 Grams
  • Cashew Nuts - 100 Grams
  • Jaggery - 100 Grams
  • Ghee - 2 Tb Spoons
  • Green Cardamoms - 2 Nos

Method

Step 1

Cut all dry fruits in to half and keep aside

Step 2

turn on the stove, add ghee and melt after heating the ghee add all the dry fruits like cashew, pista & badam then fry for 3 to 5 minutes done let burn while fry. after frying the dry fruits take out and keep aside

Step 3

in the same pan add grated jaggery and let it dissolve by adding some water and the consistency shall be very important for this you may watch the video which was clearly show how the consistency must be. after reaching this consistency add all the fried dry fruits and mix for 2 to 3 minutes

Step 4

take a flat plate and pour this dry fruit chikki mixture in to the pate and let it dry for 5 to 10 minutes and make cuts as per the shape you like.thats all you tasty dry fruit chikki is ready
