Dry fish with Potato (ఎండుచేప బంగాళదుంప కూర)
- Dry Fish – 100 Grams
- Potato – ¼ Kg
- Onion – 2 Nos
- Green Chillies – 3 Nos
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tb Spoon
- Salt – Tasty
- Turmeric Powder – Pinch
- Tamarind – Amla Size
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 T Spoon
- Oil – 2 Tb Spoons
- Cilantro – 2 Bunches
- Tomato – 2 Nos
Soak the Dry fish for 30 minutes in water Turn on the stove add the non-stick pan add oil and heat Add Dry fish and fry for 5 minutes by closing the lid of the pan, fry until the dry fish colour changes to gold colour
Add onions, curry leaves fry for few seconds, add Ginger garlic paste, green chillies fry for few seconds (less than a minute), add potato cubes fry for 5 minutes by closing the lid of the Pan. Squeeze the tomatoes by hand add to the fry and then close the lid and fry for 2 minutes
Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and then fry for another 2 minutes mix well then close the lid and cook for 2 to 5 minutes, add the tamarind juice and mix well with the curry then cook for 5 minutes by closing the lid. Add cilantro right before the curry done.
That’s it your favourite Dry Fish curry is ready to serve and eat Hot, this dry fish potato curry is good when we serve with White rice.
