Drumstick Flower Dal: these are very good for health and these prevent infection in the throat and chest and skin by using these flowers we can make healthy chutneys 

these flowers are also used to store in the refrigerators and can be store upto 4 to 5 days. please use only fresh flowers to store which were not having dark spots


  • Drumstick Flowers-1 cup
  • Moong dal-1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste-1 t spoon
  • Salt-tasty
  • Redchilli powder-1 T spoon
  • Turmeric powder-pinch
  • Ghee-1 Tb spoon
  • Curry leaves-2 Bunches
  • Onion-1
  • Green chilli-2
  • Red chilli-2
  • Seasoning-1 T spoon


Step 1

Take Seasonal Drumstick Flowers and Pluck from Stems and keep a side,Wash with water 2 Times. Take Moong Dal and Soak for 15 Minutes and keep a side.

Step 2

Take a Kadai, and heat, Melt Ghee and Crackle Seasoning, Fry Green chilli, Red chilli, Curry leaves for 1 mint. Fry Ginger garlic paste for 1 mint. Add Soaked Moong dal & Fry for 10 Mints on low flame. Add little Water and cook for 5 Mints.

Step 3

Add Drumstick Flowers and fry for 2 mints. Add Red chilli Powder, salt, Turmeric powder and mix for 2 mints.

Step 4

Serve hot With Hot Rice and Ghee. Tasty and Healthy Drumstick Flower Dal Ready.
