Endu Royyalu (Dried Shrimp/Dry Prawns) Fry Recipe
- Dry prawns - 100 grams
- Onion - 1
- Green chilli - 3
- Curry leaves - 2 bunches
- Redchilli powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric - pinch
- Salt - tasty
- Coriander powder - 1 T spoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Take the Dry Prawns Remove head, tail, and legs, Wash two to three times keep aside and Soak for 5 minutes and drain after 5 minutes Squeeze prawns and keep a side
Heat kadai, add oil add dry prawns, Fry prawns for 5 minutes on low flame after 5 minutes Take out and keep a side
in the same pan Fry seasoning, Add curry leaves, Fry onion and green chilli until onions are turned to white then Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 to 3 minutes Add prawns, Add redchilli powder,turmeric and salt, Add coriander powder and cumin powder Fry for 1 minute and turn off the gas
serve along with rice hot.
