Doughnuts is a Snack Item.Mainly made from All purpose flour,Butter,Eggs.It was a Tea Time snack,Good for 1 Week.Many types of doughnuts are available,This is a Basic doughnut Recipe.Try This Recipe.
- Maida-200 grms
- Vanilla Essence-5 drops
- Baking powder-2 Tb spoons
- Butter-2 Tb spoons
- Sugar-150 Grms
- Sugar-2 Tb spoons + Cinnamon sticks-2 for Dusting
- Milk-100 ml
- Oil-For Deep fry
Grind Sugar and Cinnamon sticks in to fine Powder and keep a side Grind sugar in to powder.
Take a Bowl and add Powdered Sugar, and Break eggs and add in this mixture and Beat well. Add Maida and add Baking powder, Vanilla essence and Beat well by adding Little Milk. Make Soft dough and Rest for 30 mints.
Knead again and Grease Flat form with Oil and mash well With hand's, Rest for 10 More minutes.
Heat oil and deep fry Doughnuts for two sides until Brown colour comes. Coat hot Dough nut's in Sugar cinnamon powder both sides and Serve Hot. Good for Tea Time Snack. Good for 1 Week.
Precautions; • Dough should Be Knead Well, should be In Correct way, watch my Video for better understanding. • Heat Oil in Medium Flame. • Coat in Sugar powder in Hot ondition • Preserve in Air tight Jar.
