Double Masala Dosa

Method

Step 1

Preparation of masala:-Fry tomato pieces and red chillies and cloves and Ginger separately and grind well in Mixer and kept a side.

Step 2

Method for preparation of masala 1: Grind Green chili and Jeera and Ginger and Grind well and kept a side. Take a pan add 3 T Spoons of oil and and allow to heat for 1 min and place Mustard seeds and Crackle them and add onion pieces and green chili paste and fry for until they turn brown color. Add pinch of Turmeric and stir well and close the Lid. Lastly add Mashed Potato and add little Rd chili Powder and curry leaves and kept a side for further use.

Step 3

Method of Preparation of Double Masala Dosa: Soak Urad dal and rice separately for 5 hours and grind them well and in the middle of grinding add 2 Tb Spoons cooked rice and Jeera and grind well like somewhat Dosa Batter Consistency. Allow to Ferment for ½ Day Next Day Morning the Batter will be used as Dosa preparation.

Step 4

Before Going to Cook Dosa add 1 Spoon of Sugar and keep for 5 minutes, adding the Sugar will Bring the brown color to Dosa.

Step 5

Take a Pan Add Dosa Batter on it and Spread like Dosa and Spread first masala that is Tomato Masala over Dosa and after Spread Potato Masala or place at Middle of Dosa and Spread oil over the surface of the dosa and Fry for 2 minutes by placing a lid.

Step 6

Remember that fry only one side the Dosa One side and Close the Dosa all sides and take out of pan and place in a Serving Plate. Eat this delicious Dosa with or without Chutney. Very Special Breakfast for Indians Try this recipe for Your Fiends.
