Coriander Tomato Pickle /Chutney

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes - 3
  • Dry Red Chlli - 5 nos
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 T Spoon
  • Salt - Tasty
  • Seasoning Ingredients - 1 T Spoon
  • Tamarind - 1/2 Lemon Size
  • Green Chillies - 4 nos
  • Coriander - 3 Bundles
  • Oil - 2 Tb Spoons

Method

Step 1

Turn on the stove and place the kadai, add oil and heat add seasoning ingredients and wait for crackle, add cumin seeds, dry red chillies then roast well after 2 minutes add green chillies fry for 3 minutes then add the coriander leaves fry for 2 to 3 minutes and keep aside this mixture for cooling.

Step 2

in the same pan add oil, chopped tomatoes heat until it smooth add tamarind roast in medium flame then separate from the pan and keep aside for cooling.

Step 3

take a mixer jar add the coriander mixture, salt and grind like a paste then add the tomato mixture and then grind well. that is it you tasty green tomato chutney or pickle is ready to eat or sere it is very tasty when served with Steamed Rice and breakfast.
