Colocasia Egg Gravy
- Colocasia – ½ Kg
- Eggs – 2 Nos
- Onion – 2 No
- Tomato – 1 No
- Green Chilli – 3 Nos
- Tamarind – amla Size
- Red Chilli Powder – 2 T Spoons
- Turmeric Powder – Pinch
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tb Spoon
- Cilantro – 2 Bunches
- Salt – Tasty
Take a pressure cooker and add the cut Colocasia and cook for 2 Whistles and peel the Colocasia cut in to small pieces, Boil 2 Eggs.
Place the non-stick kadai on the stove add oil and heat, add onions and fry, add green chillies and fry, fry 3 minutes then add tomato and fry for another 3 minutes, add ginger garlic paste, Colocasia pieces fry for another 3 minutes, add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder mix well and fry for 2 minutes add boiled egg pieces, tamarind paste, water close the lid and cook for 7 to 10 minutes then add pinch of sugar and cilantro cook until the gravy thickens.
That is it your tasty and delicious Colocasia egg gravy is ready to serve. This Colocasia egg gravy is very tasty when we served with white cooked rice.
