Clean the Chicken Thighs with Salt water Twice to remove all the waste materials Make Cut on the skin deeply
Now Mix all the Masalas mentioned and mix with Lemon Juice and mix well Apply the Masala Paste to the Thighs in the area where we have provided the cuts
Now apply the Lemon Juice all over the thighs Now the Sliced Coriander Leaves place on the pieces
Marinate the Masala Applied Thighs for 2 Hours Now Place the Kadai on the Gas Stove
Place the Marinated Chicken Thighs in to the Pan Add 250 ml of Masala Water to the Pieces
Now Cook on the medium Flame for 20 Minutes In between turn the Thighs to cook on the other sides also
Cook until the whole water evaporates Now place a Non-Stick Pan and Pour the Oil
and fry for 10 to 15 minutes that's it Tasty Tandoori
