Chicken leg pieces fry (Hotel style)

Ingredients

  • Chicken leg pieces - 5
  • Garam masala powder - 2 spoons
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 spoons
  • Red chilly powder -1 spoon
  • Salt tasty
  • Orange red colour - Pinch
  • oil -1 cup
  • Coriander and curry leaves - 2 Bunches

Method

Step 1

Cut the chicken leg pieces make a cuts in cross, Make a paste with red chilly powder, salt, Ginger garlic paste, garam masala. apply the paste completely to the Leg pieces completely. Spray little lemon juice on Leg pieces. and keep aside for marination for 30 minutes.

Step 2

turn on the stove and keep kadai and heat oil for 2 to 3 minutes in the Kadai.

Step 3

Now add the Marinated leg pieces and fry on low flame for 20 minutes. now you will see the pieces turns to golden brown colour.

Step 4

when they starts turning in to brown colour it is is indication that the pieces are ready to serve so switch off the stove.

Step 5

Garnish the pieces with coriander leaves and serve
