Chicken Keema Pulao

Chicken Keema Pulao is a special recipe from Attamma TV and this can be made with very easily available ingredients and this is the most easiest method of making the pulao.

Ingredients

  • Basmati Rice - 2 Cups
  • Chicken Keema - 200 Grams
  • Cloves - 2 nos
  • Green Cardamoms - 2 nos
  • Chopped Onions - 1 Cup (taken from 2 Onions)
  • Green Chillies - 6 Nos (Sliced from 3 Green Chillies)
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1 T Spoon
  • Salt - Tasty
  • Water - 4 Cups (for 2 Cups of Basmati Rice)
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Tb Spoons
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves - 2 Bunches
  • Fresh mint Leaves - 3 Bunches
  • Cumin Seeds - 1/2 T Spoon
  • Black Pepper Corn Seeds - 8 to 10 Nos
  • Oil - 3 Tb Spoons
  • Tomatoes - 2 nos ( to be Chopped)
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 T Spoon

Method

Step 1

Take the Basmati rice in a bowl, add water and soak for minimum of 1 hour. after one hour drain the rice and keep a side.

Step 2

Turn on the stove add oil and heat, then add Cumin Seeds, Green Cardamom, Black pepper corns, Cloves and stir for 2 minutes

Step 3

after 2 minutes add Onions saute for 2 to 3 minutes, add green chillies, Chicken keema, stir for 2 minutes, add tomatoes, Ginger garlic paste and mix well.

Step 4

after 2 minutes mixing add red chilli powder, Garam Masala Powder, and mix well then after proper mixing add the Soaked & Drained Rice and add water of 4 cups.

Step 5

After rolling boil begins close the lid and cook until rice done, this will take minimum of 15 to 20 minutes for well cooking (this will depends on the flame you use)
