Chicken Gongura curry
- Chicken-1/4 kg
- Gongura-2 bundles
- Ginger garlic paste-1 Tb spoon
- Gram masala powder-1 T spoon
- Coriander powder-2T spoons
- Oil-2 Tb spoons
- Red chilli powder-2 T spoons
- Cilantro-1 bunch
- Green chill-4
Heat Kadai and water and boil for 5 minutes and add Gongura leaves and cook for 10 mints and switch off Stove and mash the Gongura leaves and make paste and keep a side. Heat Kadai and heat oil and add Onion, Green chilli pieces and fry for 2 mints and add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes and add chicken and fry for 5 mints on low flame.
Add Red chilli powder, Turmeric, Salt and fry for 5 mints. Add Gongura paste and mix well and fry for 2 minutes and add water for Gravy and Cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Add Garam masala and Coriander powder and cook for 2 minutes, add coriander leaves and cook for 1 mint and serve.
