Chicken Curry without Oil is special recipe from attamma Tv and it has been very useful who are maintaining diet and this curry uses the fat from the chicken as oil and there is no compromising about the taste.

Ingredients

  • Chicken - 1/2 Kg
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tb Spoon
  • Red Chilli Powder - 2 T Spoons
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 T Spoon
  • Salt - Tasty
  • Chicken Masala Powder - 2 T Spoons
  • Onions - 2 Nos (Med Size)
  • Green Chillies - 2 Nos
  • Curd - 1Tb Spoon
  • Vinegar - 1 T Spoon (Optional)
  • Cilantro - 2 Bunches

Method

Step 1

Wash the chicken 2 to 3 times so that bacteria will clean up from the surface of the chicken.

Step 2

Take Bowl, Add Salt, Red Chilli powder, Turmeric, Ginger Garlic Paste, and Curd mix well with a large surfaced spoon then keep it in a refrigerator and marinate for 30 minutes in fridge.

Step 3

Turn on the stove place the kadai on the medium flame and heat add the marinated chicken with chicken stock and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame by closing the lid. add Onions, green chillies and mix well and cook for few minutes. add red chilli powder,Salt and chicken masala powder add little water if you want gravy cook for 15 minutes, add vinegar in between to give the smoothness to the chicken pieces

Step 4

after 13 minutes now add the cilantro (coriander leaves) after 1 minute your tasty chicken curry (oil less) is ready to serve.

Step 5

this chicken curry without oil can be served with rice, roti , parata etc,
