Tasty Cheese Paratha


  • Atta Dough – 1 Cup Cheese – 1 Cup Onions – 1 No (Chopped) Green Chillies – 2 Nos (Chopped) Ghee – 2 T Spoons


Step 1

1. Make ready the atta Dough and rest for minimum ½ an hour 2. Chop the green chillies, onions and keep aside 3. Take the fresh Cheese chop like fine pieces

Step 2

4. Take a part of Chapathi Dough and make a round balls 2 balls required for 1 cheese paratha 5. Flatten the round balls 2 round balls in to 2 flatten surfaces 6. Now take the one flatten surface and place the cheese mixture on the top of the surface and place another flatten surface and press with chapathi stick and make a single cheese raw paratha

Step 3

7. Turn on the stove and place the raw cheese paratha on the chapathi pan and heat until it turns in to gold colour with some black spots. 8. That’s it your tasty cheese paratha is ready to serve.
