Easy & Tasty Capsicum Masala Chicken Curry


  • Green Cardamom – 3 nos
  • Cinnamon – 2 Nos
  • Mustard Seeds – 1 T Spn
  • Salt – Tasty
  • Garam Masala Powder – 2 Tb Spns
  • Onions – 2 Nos
  • Garlic – 5 Nos
  • Chicken – 1/4 Kg
  • Curry Leaves – 2 Bunches
  • Coriander Leaves – 2 Bunches
  • Chopped Capcicum – 1/4 
  • Tomatoes – 2 Nos
  • Ginger – 2 Small
  • Oil – 2 Tb Spns


Step 1

---------- Tomato Masala Paste Preparation -------- Take A Non Stick Kadai add Oil, Onions, Ginger, Garlic and Fry For 2 Minutes Add 2 Small Pieces of Tomatoes Grind the Above mixture like a Paste and the Masala Paste Ready

Step 2

--------- Marinating the Chicken ---------- Take another Non Stick Kadai  add Chicken and Fry ( if It gets Sticky Add Small Qty of Oil) and Fry for 5 Mints  Add 2 T Spns Garam Masala Powder  Add Salt for Taste Add Water and Cook Until Half Boiled

Step 3

------------ Preparation of Capcicum Tomato Chicken -------- Take the Pan  add Oil, Cinnamon sticks & Cloves for 3 Minutes add onions and Fry Until Gold Color

Step 4

add Chopped Capsicum and Fry for 8 Minutes Add the Tomato Masala Paste and add Salt Now Add the Chicken and Fry for 10 to 15 Minutes that's it Our Tasty Capcicum Masala Chicken is ready to serve
