- Cabbage chopped-1 cup
- Maida - ½ cup
- corn flour - ¼ cup
- Orange red food colour - Required
- salt - tasty
- curry leaves - 1 sp
- Chilli powder - 1 sp
- Tomato sauce - 4 tsp
- Chilly sauce - 2 sp
- Soya sauce - 1/2 sp
- Capsicum chopped - 2 Nos
- 2 chillies sliced
- coriander leaves 2 tsp
mix all the ingredients and make like pakoda dough and keep a side.
Heat oil for deep fry and take small amount of dough and make a ball and deep fry in oil.
Take another pan and take 2 sp of oil and fry capsicum and chillies for 2 mints and add all sauces and fry for 2 mints and add Manchuria balls and fry for 1 min and garnish with coriander and serve hot.
