Cabbage Manchuria

Ingredients

  • Cabbage chopped-1 cup
  • Maida - ½ cup
  • corn flour - ¼  cup
  • Orange red food colour - Required
  • salt - tasty
  • curry leaves - 1 sp
  • Chilli powder - 1 sp
  • Tomato sauce - 4 tsp
  • Chilly sauce - 2 sp
  • Soya sauce - 1/2  sp
  • Capsicum chopped - 2 Nos
  • 2 chillies sliced
  • coriander leaves 2 tsp

Method

Step 1

mix all the ingredients and make like pakoda dough and keep a side.

Step 2

Heat oil for  deep fry and   take small amount of dough and make a ball and  deep fry in oil.

Step 3

Take another  pan and take 2 sp of oil and fry capsicum and chillies  for 2 mints and add all sauces and fry for 2 mints and  add Manchuria balls  and fry for 1 min and garnish with coriander and serve hot.
